The working principle of Butt fusion reducer is to connect two pipes of different diameters together through hot melting technology to achieve the reduction of pipe diameter. This connection method is widely used in water pumping stations, water supply pipes, drainage pipes, chemical pipes and other fields.
Hot melting technology plays a vital role in Butt fusion reducer. During the pressing process, appropriate pressure needs to be applied and maintained for a certain period of time to ensure the quality and stability of the connection.
After the connection is completed, it is necessary to wait for the material at the connection to cool and solidify. In this process, the material at the connection will re-solidify into a solid state to form an integral connection. This stage requires patience to ensure the strength and sealing of the connection.
Finally, quality inspection is required after the connection is completed. The quality of the connection can be evaluated by checking the appearance, size, sealing and other indicators of the connection. If leakage, cracks, deformation and other problems are found, the connection should be repaired or replaced in time to ensure the reliability and safety of the connection.
