If the connection part breaks or falls off during the test, it means that there is a problem with the welding quality and re-welding is required.
Throughout the inspection process, it is crucial to record all inspection data and results. These records not only provide an important basis for subsequent maintenance and management, but also provide reference for future projects. Detailed inspection records should include the inspection date, inspection personnel, inspection methods, inspection results and any abnormal conditions. By establishing a complete recording system, the system operation status can be more effectively monitored, and potential problems can be discovered and solved in a timely manner.
